The Flint 2 steel toe work boots for men are built off of KEEN's traditional wider footwear form. Featuring a moisture-wicking lining, these steel toe work boots weighing 24.25 oz / 688 g (per shoe) will keep you cool and dry. Made with durable, water-resistant leather, the boots include a shellback heel support and a compression-resistant midsole for underfoot comfort to keep you working longer.
The boots are STEEL TOE: Left and right asymmetrical, wider steel toes offering maximum comfort and unobtrusive fit that meet or exceed ASTM F2412 and F2413 EH compression and impact safety standards. For TRACTION, the oil- and slip-resistant, non-marking, siped, rubber outsoles meet or exceed ASTM F1677-96 and F2913 SATRA standards, improving grip and dispersing liquids quickly.
SUPPORT & COMFORT is provided by KEEN.ReGEN technology, a lightweight, compression-resisting midsole that provides 50% more energy return than standard EVA foam, making safety footwear more comfortable. The removable PU insole adds an extra layer of underfoot protection.
The UNDERFOOT PROTECTION includes Electrical hazard (EH)-rated footwear, providing a secondary source of protection in case of accidental contact with live electrical circuits. ADDITIONAL SAFETY FEATURES include reflective webbing near the heel counter for better visibility and locking metal lace hooks to help keep laces tight for increased ankle support.
