AMERICAN BUILT Assembled with pride in Portland, Oregon, using the finest materials and a minimal-waste design. We’re committed to bringing footwear manufacturing back to the USA in one of America’s most modern factories.
CARBON-FIBER TOE Left and right asymmetrical, non-metallic carbon-fiber toes that fit unobtrusively and weigh 15% less than steel. These boots meet or exceed ASTM F2412 and F2413 M I/75, C/75 EH standards for durability and safety.
WATERPROOF KEEN.DRY is a waterproof, breathable membrane liner that lets water vapor out while keeping your feet dry and comfortable. The Independence 6” Composite Toe work boots feature a mesh liner that integrates with the waterproof membrane for added breathability.
TRACTION Oil- and slip-resistant outsoles made of lighter and more durable material than rubber, with a 90° heel (5/8") that provides stability and helps catch or lock the foot in place. These boots meet or exceed ASTM F1677 Mark II and ASTM F2913 standards for traction and safety.
SUPPORT & COMFORT Equipped with KEEN Luftcell, air-infused, PU midsoles for lightweight comfort. The boots feature a nylon shank for midfoot support and superior torsion stability. Moisture-wicking textiles help keep your feet dry and comfortable.
